Manage your subscription - Fred Documentation

Billing owners can manage plan and payment details from Settings.

Open billing

Click your avatar in the left sidebar.
Click Settings.
Go to Billing.
Click Manage billing.

Fred opens the Stripe billing portal.

What you can manage

In Stripe, you can manage:

payment methods
billing information
invoice history
outstanding invoices
subscription or plan details when available

Return to Fred when you are finished.

Billing controls depend on your role and subscription state. If you cannot see billing actions, ask the billing owner or team leader.
