# Account settings

> Manage your profile, billing, and team from the Settings page.

The **Settings** page is divided into three sections: **Account**, **Billing**, and **Team**.

  Settings is only accessible to the team leader. Invited team members cannot access this page.
</Note>

## Account

Update your personal information:

* Upload a profile picture (avatar)
* Edit your displayed name and surname
* Manage your password
* Connect external storage for study results

To access these options, click **Settings** in the left sidebar, then open the **Account** tab.

## Billing

The **Billing** tab opens the Stripe portal, where you can:

* View your current plan and usage
* Upgrade or downgrade your subscription
* Access billing history and invoices

## Team

The **Team** tab lets you manage who has access to your Fred workspace.
