# Review results and insights

> Inspect study results, analytics, tags, and AI-assisted insights.

Use the project and insights areas to move from raw responses to evidence-based findings.

## Review study results

1. Open **Projects** from the left sidebar.
2. Select the project.
3. Open the study you want to review.
4. Use the study analytics and method result views to inspect responses.

Look for repeated patterns, task friction, comments, completion issues, and evidence that supports or challenges your research question.

## Generate AI-assisted insights

If your plan includes AI insights:

1. Open the project.
2. Click **Project AI insights** to analyse evidence across the project.
3. From a study or analytics view, use **Study AI insights** when available to focus on one study.
4. Wait for processing to finish.
5. Review the generated findings against the source evidence.

<Note>
  AI-assisted insights help you identify patterns faster. Review the evidence before using an insight in a decision or report.
</Note>

## Organize findings with tags

1. Click **Insights** in the left sidebar.
2. Create tags for recurring themes, issues, opportunities, or decisions.
3. Apply tags to relevant responses or evidence.
4. Reuse consistent tag names when comparing findings across studies.

## Decide what belongs in a report

Include findings that are:

* supported by participant evidence
* relevant to the project goal
* clear enough for stakeholders
* useful for a product, design, business, or customer decision
