# Connect Google Calendar

> Connect Google Calendar so Fred can write scheduled bookings to your calendar.

Use the Google Calendar integration when Fred should write scheduled bookings to Google Calendar.

## Connect Calendar

1. Click your avatar in the left sidebar.
2. Click **Settings**.
3. Open **Integrations**.
4. Click **Available apps**.
5. Find **Google Calendar**.
6. Click **Connect Google Calendar**.
7. Complete the Google authorization flow.

After authorization, Fred returns you to **Integrations**.

## Use Calendar in scheduling

Calendar write access is connected from **Integrations**. Event sync behavior is managed from the study scheduler.

For User Sphere studies, open the study **Scheduler** and review the Google Calendar availability and event sync options available to your account.

  Fred uses Calendar for scheduling support. Keep participant consent and meeting privacy in mind when sending calendar events.
