# Connect Google Analytics

> Connect Google Analytics so Fred can use aggregate GA4 signals as evidence.

Use the Google Analytics integration to add page, event, and conversion signals to Fred findings.

## Start the connection

1. Click your avatar in the left sidebar.
2. Click **Settings**.
3. Open **Integrations**.
4. Click **Available apps**.
5. Find **Google Analytics**.
6. Click **Connect Google Analytics**.
7. Complete the Google authorization flow.

After authorization, Fred returns you to **Integrations**.

## Select a GA4 property

When setup is required:

1. Open **Connected apps**.
2. Open the Google Analytics connection.
3. Click **Load accounts**.
4. Select the Google Analytics account.
5. Click **Load properties**.
6. Select the GA4 property Fred should use.
7. Click **Save Google Analytics property**.

  The Google account you authorize must have access to the GA4 property. The Google Analytics Admin API must also be enabled for the connected Google project.
