# Taxes

> How taxes are handled on your Fred subscription.

You don't need to manage taxes yourself. Fred uses Stripe, which automatically calculates and manages taxes on your transactions.

Tax handling is applied at checkout and reflected in your invoices. You can view your invoices and billing history in the **Billing** tab of your Settings page.
